Rise and shine skaters! Morning power skating to get the day started.  Designed to focus on skating  with and without pucks to  help your player elevate their game.

The importance of learning proper technique is vital in skill development. As players progress so does the level of intensity and training. Our program is designed to push players regardless of age and skill level to work outside their comfort zone  to develop more refined skills, confidence in their abilities and to continue to grow as a player.

VIVO - 6:30 am

Morning sessions focused on D specific movements.  D Specific skating includes backward edges, transitions, and escapes.  Players will also learn defensive plays with and without the puck.

Prep camps are designed to get players ready for the season ahead.  All camps will be high intensity, and focus on skills needed to ensure players feel confident going into evaluations and the regular season.
